YES!!!!!
INSANE performance from the Caps, clawing their way back into contention by winning three straight and capturing the series at home.
I was stuck shooting "Raising the Bar" for most of the game, but arrived home in time to catch the end of the second period and the entire third. The end of the second was ugly. The Caps weren't connecting their shots, they were tired, sloppy and getting beaten to the puck by the Rangers, who looked equally tired but also determined to put this one away. But the Caps came out in the third and played an insane 20 minutes of hockey, limiting the Rangers to one shot on goal the entire period and culminating with Sergei Fedorov's RIDICULOUS goal. An absolutely amazing shot. Alex Ovechkin's not the only one who can shoot the puck.
The Caps are playing like a team, and not a moment too soon. Great series and a huge win.
