HAMILTON - Yannick Weber scored the overtime winner as the Hamilton Bulldogs edged the Binghamton Senators 3-2 in American Hockey League action Friday.
Weber's goal, his second of the game, beat Senators goalie Martin Gerber 1:41 into the extra frame. Mathieu Carle also scored for the Bulldogs, who improved to 29-19-2-0. The game nearly got away from the Bulldogs.
Binghamton forward Danny Bois scored at 16:02 in the third period, then Greg Mauldin put the tying goal past Hamilton goalie Marc Denis with just four seconds left on the clock.
Denis made 30 saves for the win, while at the other end Gerber stopped 16 as the Senators dropped to 26-16-4-3.
