Stars get Hutchinson from Lightning for Tukonen

DALLAS (AP) -The Dallas Stars acquired defenseman Andrew Hutchinson from the Tampa Bay Lightning on Sunday, trading away the rights to winger Lauri Tukonen, who plays in Europe.

Hutchinson has appeared in 97 career games with Nashville, Carolina and Tampa Bay. He has 10 goals and 23 assists. He is scoreless in two appearances with Tampa Bay this season.

Hutchinson has a goal and 13 assists in 20 games this season with the Norfolk Admirals of the AHL. He is expected to join the Stars for their upcoming road trip to Calgary and Edmonton, beginning Tuesday.

Tukonen plays for Lukko Rauma in the Finnish Elite League.
