Thursday night is Don't Miss Night at NHL Network. Here's the Thursday lineup (all times are Eastern):

7 p.m. -- Day In The Life: Chris Pronger -- This show takes the viewers behind the scenes with players during a typical in-season day. This week, NHL Network follows Star defenseman Chris Pronger on the day of Anaheim's first game against the Stars since Dallas bounced the Ducks from last year's playoffs. Find out what Pronger does to get himself ready to play on game day as Pronger jokes with his teammates in the dressing room, discusses his pre-game eating habits at home, drives into the game with the Niedermayer brothers and breaks down his dust-up with Dallas agitator Steve Ott

7:30 p.m. -- Voices: Boston's Dave Goucher -- Voices takes viewers inside the world of an NHL radio announcer. Boston play-by-play man Dave Goucher is loving a dream – covering the team he grew up rooting for. Dave talks about the steps he took to get to the NHL level and how he prepares for a broadcast.

8 p.m. -- Captains Driven By Bridgestone: Ethan Moreau -- The series premiere for 20 weeks of interview shows featuring the NHL's most popular and accomplished team captains. This week's captain is Edmonton's Ethan Moreau, who talks about following in the footsteps of Oilers captains such as Wayne Gretzky and Mark Messier

9 p.m. -- Uniting Nations: Patrik Elias in Belize -- This one-hour NHL Network special covers how New Jersey Devil Patrik Elias has been a UNICEF Goodwill ambassador since 2006. The show covers Elias' trip to Belize in September to see the work that UNICEF is doing there.
