Tyler Maxwell's two goals lead Silvertips over Warriors 5-2

MOOSE JAW, Sask. - Tyler Maxwell scored twice for Everett as the Silvertips beat the Moose Jaw Warriors 5-2 in Western Hockey League action Wednesday.

Kyle Beach, Tyler Ellington, Kellan Tochkin also scored for the Silvertips (10-8-3-0). Nathan MacMaster and Tomas Karpov replied for the Warriors (6-13-0-1).

Kent Simpson made 29 saves for the Silvertips to earn the win, while new Warriors goalie Jeff Bosch made 24 saves in his debut.
