ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues’ President John Davidson announced today the team claimed forward David Koci on waivers from the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Koci, 27, has appeared in one game with Tampa Bay this season, posting four penalty minutes. The 6-6, 238-pound forward has skated in 28 career NHL games, recording 160 penalty minutes.
The Prague, Czech Republic native was originally Pittsburgh’s fifth round selection, 146th overall, in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft.
