Pistilli and Lalonde-McNicoll helps Cataractes beat Sea Dogs 3-1

SAINT JOHN, N.B. - Matthew Pistilli scored the go-ahead winner and Cedric Lalonde-McNicoll added three assists as the Shawinigan Cataractes defeated the Saint John Sea Dogs 3-1 Thursday in QMJHL action.

Antoine Houde-Caron and Pierre-Alexandre Vandall - his fifth of the year - also scored for Shawinigan (6-2-0). David Stich replied for Saint John (2-6-0).

Timo Pielmeier stopped 36 shots for the Cataractes, while Robert Mayer turned aside 26 for the Sea Dogs.
