Swedish Rookie of the Year (1994) Traded to Edmonton by Winnipeg with Boris Mironov, Winnipeg's 1st round pick (Jason Bonsignore) in 1994 NHL Draft and Florida's 4th round pick (previously acquired, Edmonton selected Adam Copeland) in 1994 NHL Draft for Dave Manson and St. Louis' 6th round pick (previously acquired, Winnipeg selected Chris Kibermanis) in 1994 NHL Draft, March 15, 1994. Traded to NY Islanders by Edmonton with Edmonton's 8th round pick (Radek Martinek) in 1999 NHL Draft for Tommy Salo, March 20, 1999. Missed majority of 2000-01 due to shoulder injury vs. Anaheim, November 25, 2000. Signed as a free agent by Vancouver, November 3, 2002. Missed entire 2003-04 due to back injury suffered in practice, October 10, 2003. Officially announced his retirement January 20, 2005.
