Sven Andrighetto, Mike Condon lead AHL Bulldogs in 7-5 win over Comets

HAMILTON - Sven Andrighetto scored one goal and set up three more as the Hamilton Bulldogs powered past the Utica Comets 7-5 in American Hockey League action on Monday.

Gabriel Dumont had an empty-net, short-handed goal and two assists for Hamilton (25-19-6), while Bryan Allen, Daniel Carr, Bobby Shea, Nick Sorkin and Sahir Gill also scored.

Will Acton, Darren Archibald and Dustin Jeffrey led the Comets (29-14-6) with a goal and an assist apiece. Travis Ehrhardt and Bobby Sanguinetti rounded out the offence.

Bulldogs goaltender Mike Condon stopped 27 shots in the victory. Utica's Joacim Eriksson made 15 saves in the losing effort.
