Aaron Dell made 20 saves as Sharks shut out IceCaps

ST. JOHN'S, N.L. - Aaron Dell kicked out all 20 shots he faced as the Worcester Sharks blanked the St. John's IceCaps 1-0 on Friday night in American Hockey League action.

Daniil Tarasov scored 3:12 into the third period for Worcester (10-9-2), which is the farm team of the San Jose Sharks.

Connor Hellebuyck made 41 saves for St. John's (9-11-5), the Winnipeg Jets affiliate. It was the IceCaps's third-straight 1-0 loss.

St. John's hasn't scored a goal since a 4-3 shootout win over Binghamton on Nov. 26.
