U.S., Canada men's teams support women's teams

On Wednesday, their final day of rest before playing their first games at the 2014 Sochi Olympics, members of the United States and Canada men's Olympic teams showed support for their female counterparts.

Forwards James van Riemsdyk and T.J. Oshie were among those cheering on the American women, while Canadian forward Matt Duchene was there for the Canadian women, and had one of the better seats in the Shayba Arena -- next to the father of star Canadian forward Meghan Acosta.

Canada beat the United States 3-2.

While the American and Canadian hockey players got to play spectator, Sweden defenseman Erik Karlsson got ready for his team's first game Wednesday against the Czech Republic with a few teammates.
