St. Louis Blues left wing Alexander Steen is day-to-day with an upper-body injury and will miss the game against the Calgary Flames on Monday, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Steen left after the second period of the Blues' 6-0 win against the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday. His 24 goals are second in the NHL and he's the Blues leader in goals and points (38). He signed a three-year, $17.4 million contract extension this past Wednesday.

Forward Dmitrij Jaskin was recalled from the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League on Sunday. A second-round pick in the 2011 NHL Draft, Jaskin has nine goals and 17 points in 20 games with the Wolves.
