Stadium Series Chicago tickets go on sale next week

NEW YORK – A select number of tickets to the 2014 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™ game at Soldier Field in Chicago will go on sale to the public next week, the National Hockey League announced today.

Tickets to the Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Chicago Blackhawks match-up at Soldier Field will be available for purchase via www.Ticketmaster.com/NHL and www.Ticketmaster.ca/NHL, the official ticket marketplace of the NHL, beginning at 10 a.m. CT/11 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Dec. 11.

Part of the previously-announced 2014 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™, a group of games planned for outdoor locations this season, the defending Stanley Cup® champion Blackhawks and the Penguins will face off at Soldier Field at 7 p.m. CT/8 p.m. ET on Saturday, March 1.

The game will be broadcast nationally in the U.S. on NBC. This marks the first time since NBC re-acquired NHL rights in 2006 that a regular-season game has been scheduled for primetime on NBC.
