OHL Roundup: Kingston Frontenacs still undefeated in young season

BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Ryan Kujawinski rewarded Kingston's persistence in overtime.

Kujawinski scored as the Frontenacs out-shot Belleville 6-0 in OT to edge the Bulls 4-3 in Ontario Hockey League play Wednesday.

Darcy Greenaway, Sam Bennett and Spencer Watson also scored for Kingston (4-0-1), while Matt Mahalak was spectacular in net with 39 saves.

Aaron Berisha, Luke Cairns and Niki Petti scored for the Bulls (1-2-2). Goaltender Charlie Graham was also excellent despite the loss with 43 saves.

KNIGHTS 4 ATTACK 2

OWEN SOUND, Ont. — London scored three unanswered goals to hold off the Attack.

Chris Tierney, Bo Horvat and Miles Liberati gave the Knights (3-1-0) a 3-0 lead while Matt Rupert added another into an empty net.

Justin Brack and Zach Nastasiuk replied for Owen Sound (2-2-1).

Anthony Stolarz made 35 saves for the Knights, while Brandon Hope stopped 27 shots for the Attack.

SPIRIT 4 STING 3

SAGINAW, Mich. — Andrey Alexeev scored with 29 seconds left in regulation to lift the Spirit to a win.

Alexeev's goal was his second of the game, while Jimmy Lodge and Nick Moutrey also scored for Saginaw (2-4-0).

Anthony DeAngelo, Nickolas Latta and Jordan Addesi scored for Sarnia (1-4-0).

Jake Paterson made 29 saves for the Spirit. His opponent, Brodie Barrick, also stopped 29 shots.
