Brace with four points as the Attack down the Otters

OWEN SOUND, Ont. - Cameron Brace scored two goals and set up two others as the Owen Sound Attack defeated the visiting Erie Otters 6-4 on Saturday in Ontario Hockey League play.

Daniel Catenacci, Gemel Smith, Kyle Hope and Zach Nastasiuk also scored for the Attack (41-18-6), who jumped out to a 4-0 first-period lead, while Brandon Hope made 28 saves for the win.

Dane Fox scored twice for the Otters (18-39-8), who came into the game with just two wins in their last 10 outings, and Kyle Pettit and J.P. Labardo added single goals.

Devin Williams picked up the loss after allowing five goals on 29 shots through two periods of action. Oscar Dansk replaced Williams to start the third period and stopped 12-of-13 shots in relief.

Owen Sound went 1 for 5 on the power play while Erie scored once on three chances with the man advantage.
