KENT, Wash. - Justin Feser scored once and set up two more as the Tri-City Americans defeated the host Seattle Thunderbirds 5-3 on Saturday in Western Hockey League action.
Drydn Dow, Zachary Yuen and Jesse Mychan each had a goal and an assist for the Americans (37-23-3), who won for the seventh time in their last eight games, and Malte Stromwall added a single goal.
Luke Lockhart scored twice for the Thunderbirds (22-35-8) and Riley Sheen scored the other.
Luke Lee-Knight made 25 saves for the win as Brandon Glover turned aside 26-of-30 shots in defeat.
Tri-City went 0 for 5 on the power play while Seattle failed to score on three chances with the man advantage.
