Brenden Walker had two goals and an assist as the Saskatoon Blades downed the visiting Lethbridge Hurricanes 5-2 on Saturday in Western Hockey League play.
The victory extends Saskatoon's win streak to a season-high eight games and it now holds the fourth spot in the Eastern Conference standings, one point ahead of the Red Deer Rebels.
Stransky has picked up at least one point in every game during Saskatoon's run and he has six goals and 13 points in the process.
Kolten Olynek and Ryan Pilon scored for the Hurricanes (25-25-9), who are winless in three games.
Andrey Makarov made 27 saves for the win as Ty Rimmer turned away 34 shots in a losing cause.
Saskatoon went 1 for 5 on the power play while Lethbridge failed to score on three chances with the man advantage.

At Saskatoon, Walker opened the scoring 5:52 into the first period before Olynek responded for Lethbridge at 11:04.
Stransky regained the lead for the Blades before the first period was through and Walker made it 3-1 late in the second period.
Burns made it 4-1 with a power-play goal 7:56 into the third period, however Pilon replied less than four minutes later to keep Lethbridge in the game.
McColgan, however, killed any hope of a Hurricanes' comeback when he scored at 15:26.
