Dansk stops 49 shots as the Otters down the Generals 6-1

ERIE, Pa. - Oscar Dansk stopped 49-of-50 shots as the Erie Otters downed the visiting Oshawa Generals 6-1 on Saturday in Ontario Hockey League play.

Stephen Harper scored twice for the Otters (6-11-3), who have won back-to-back contests for the first time this season, and Adam Pelech had a goal and two assists.

Connor McDavid and J.P. Labardo each had a goal and an assist, Luke Cairns scored a single goal and Connor Brown chipped in with three assists to round out Erie's offence.

Sebastian Uvira scored the lone goal for the Generals (11-8-2).

Ken Appleby allowed five goals on 17 shots in a losing cause for Oshawa.

The Otters went 0-for-1 on the power play while the Generals went 1-for-2.
