Yesterday's greats and today's stars will both have their turn this week on the NHL Network in the U.S.
On Nov. 8, the Hockey Hall of Fame inducts former NHL star
Dino Ciccarelli, hockey executive Jim Devellano, women's hockey pioneers Cammi Granato and Angela James, and the late D.K. "Doc" Seaman. The NHL Network will air the induction ceremony beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET.
Two nights later, the action shifts back to the ice, with the
Boston Bruins hoping to continue their early-season success when they visit
Sidney Crosby and the
Pittsburgh Penguins. Game time is 7 p.m. ET
Two players who may someday reach the Hall will be featured Thursday night when
Alex Ovechkin and the
Washington Capitals host
Steven Stamkos and the
Tampa Bay Lightning. That game, live from the Verizon Center, also starts at 7.
Roberto Luongo and the
Vancouver Canucks make a stop in Toronto on Saturday night in a Hockey Night in Canada telecast that can be seen on the NHL Network at 7 p.m. ET.
The week's live action wraps up Sunday night when the
Anaheim Ducks come to Chicago for a meeting with the defending Stanley Cup champion Blackhawks. That game also starts at 7 p.m. ET.
