• Adjusting to his first season in the Western Hockey League, Noebels had 10 goals in his first 34 games and an impressive 18 goals in his final 34 games after competing at the World Junior Championships.

• He represented Germany at the 2011 World Junior Championships, leading the team with two assists (1-2--3) in seven games, and at the 2009 World Under-18 Championships.

• Noebels debuted in the top German professional league in 2009-10 at the age of 17, playing 33 games for Krefeld Pinguine. He also had 53 points in 25 games for Krefeld's Under-18 team.

• He has worn the number 15 since he first started skating at the age of five and was an avid skier and golfer growing up.
