• Nattinen spent the majority of the 2014-15 season with JYP-Akatemia in Finland’s second division, registering 11-18—29 in 39 games. He also suited up for JYP in the Finnish Elite League for nine contests, earning three assists.

• A regular on the national team, Nattinen was a member of Finland’s silver medal squad at the 2015 Under-18 World Championship where he scored the team’s lone goal in a 2-1 loss to the U.S. in the gold medal game. Nattinen also represented his country at the 2013 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge.

• His brother, Joonas, was selected 65th overall by the Montreal Canadiens in 2009 and skated in one game for the franchise in 2013-14. He spent 2014-15 with MODO in the Swedish Hockey League.

• Nattinen’s brother, Jussi, has also had a long career in hockey with the majority of it spent in Finland’s second division. He has also played professionally in Kazakhstan and France.
