- An alternate captain in his second season with St. Michael's Buzzers Jr. A team, he will attend the University of Michigan in the fall of 2008.
- Helped the Buzzers to team records for most wins (43), points (88) and fewest losses (4), winning the OPJHL regular-season title in 2007-08.
- Was selected to the 2007 CJAHL Top Prospects game, but was unable to participate.
- His most memorable hockey moment was participating in the 2007 Canada Winter Games as a member of Team Ontario and winning gold as one of only two players to make the team from the OPJRA.
