• Established career highs for goals, assists and points in 2018-19 during his second full season with the WHL’s Kelowna Rockets (4-29—33 in 68 GP), highlighted by a 1-3—4 outing on March 13. His 29 assists led all Rockets defensemen this season.

• Represented Canada in their gold-medal entry at the 2018 Hlinka Gretzky Cup (0-3—3 in 5 GP) and at the 2019 Under-18 World Championship. Korczak also skated for Canada Black at the 2017 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge (0-1—1 in 5 GP).

• His father, Chad Korczak, skated as a defenseman with the University of Illinois-Chicago in 1995-96 (4-12—16 in 36 GP) and Michigan Tech in 1996-97 (0-2—2 in 32 GP). His younger brother, Ryder Korczak, is a forward with the WHL’s Moose Jaw Warriors.
