• Internationally, Johansson captured a gold medal with Team Sweden at the 2016 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge (0-3—3 in 6 GP) and bronze medals at the 2018 Ivan Hlinka Memorial (1-3—4 in 5 GP) and 2018 Under-18 World Championship (1-1—2 in 7 GP).
