• Draisaitl led Prince Albert in scoring during the 2013-14 season, totaling 105 points (38-67—105) in 64 games.
• His father, Peter, was a Czech-born, German professional hockey player who participated in numerous international tournaments for Germany as a member of their men’s national team, including the 1988, 1992 and 1998 Olympic Winter Games. Peter also has coached professionally in both Germany and the Czech Republic.
• In 2012-13, his first season in North America, Draisaitl was the second-leading scorer for the Raiders with 21-37—58 in 64 games.
