Chicago Blackhawks broadcaster Pat Foley, who received the Foster Hewitt Memorial Award at the Hockey Hall of Fame NHL Media Awards Luncheon on Monday, joined NHL Live to discuss the honor and the Blackhawks' "Circus Trip."

Foley is a three-time Emmy Award winner and in his 32nd season with the Blackhawks.

"Other than surreal, I'm not sure I can add a lot," Foley said of his Hall induction. "It was amazing. It was certainly a wonderful honor. I'm certainly very appreciative to the NHL Broadcasters Association for doing that. To have my family there and some real close friends there, to me that's what it's all about. I don't need any attention but to be able to share all of that with the people that most important to you, the ones who have been there, some of them right from Day 1 helping and leading and doing whatever they can to get you going. It was a wonderful, wonderful time to be with them."
