CHICAGO -- Drew Miller didn't score a goal, didn't record a point, and played 12:07 for the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday at United Center in Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals against the Chicago Blackhawks, but he had an impact in his return from a broken bone in his finger.

Miller, who had been out since getting injured April 20, helped the Red Wings defeat the Blackhawks 4-1 in Game 2 and helping the Red Wings even the best-of-7 series heading into Games 3 and 4, which will be played in Detroit.

He replaced Todd Bertuzzi on the fourth line in the starting lineup after watching Chicago's 4-1 win in Game 1 on Wednesday and said he came out feeling as good as he possibly could.

"I wouldn't say it's 100 percent," Miller said. "It takes a while, but I think it's coming back real fast. I feel confident in it. I don't think I'm that far from being 100 percent. I thought I played well. I've definitely got to get the legs going a little bit more, but I think that will come with more games."

He also got a physical test in the third, when Chicago defenseman Brent Seabrook hit him hard, but said he felt fine in regard to his injury.
