NEWARK, N.J. -- Philadelphia Flyers forward Sean Couturier, sidelined the past two games with a stomach virus, will be in the lineup on Friday against the New Jersey Devils at Prudential Center.

Couturier, who missed the opening two games of Philadelphia's current six-game road trip against the Toronto Maple Leafs and Winnipeg Jets, has two goals and five points in 12 games. He had 13 goals and 27 points in 77 games for the Flyers as a rookie last season.

Couturier will likely center Maxime Talbot and Zac Rinaldo on the fourth line to begin the game. In seven career games against New Jersey, Couturier has one goal, three points and a plus-5 rating.

The Flyers are 4-1-1 over the past six games. Flyers coach Peter Laviolette will start Ilya Bryzgalov between the pipes. In seven career starts against the Devils, Bryzgalov is 4-2-0 with a 1.54 goals-against average, .939 save percentage and two shutouts.
