• Turcotte, a University of Wisconsin commit for 2019, averaged 1.68 points per game this season with the USA Hockey National Team Development Program’s Under-18 Team (27-35—62 in 37 GP).

• He helped Team USA capture gold at the 2017 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge (3-3—6 in 6 GP), silver at the 2018 Under-18 World Championship (2-3—5 in 7 GP), and bronze at the 2019 Under-18 World Championship (4-5—9 in 7 GP).

• Turcotte can become the sixth Illinois-born NHL player chosen in the first round of the NHL Draft; he would join Lee Fogolin Jr. (No. 11 in 1974), Eddie Olczyk (No. 3 in 1984), Nikos Tselios (No. 22 in 1997), John Moore (No. 21 in 2009) and Stefan Matteau (No. 29 in 2012).
