• Dahlin starred for Frolunda of the Swedish Hockey League in 2017-18, recording 7-13—20 in 41 games and earning Swedish Junior Hockey Player of the Year honors.

• He can become the second Swedish-born player selected first overall in the NHL Draft (Mats Sundin: No. 1 in 1989 by QUE).

• Dahlin won a silver medal with Team Sweden at the 2018 World Junior Championship, where he was named “Best Defenseman” and a tournament All-Star.

• Represented his country at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games at just 17 years of age, recording one assist in two appearances.
