• In 2015-16, Lindgren collected 6-19—25 in 61 games as captain of the United States National Team Development Program’s Under-18 Team. He also served as captain of the Under-17 Team in 2014-15, where he posted 3-16—19 in 55 contests.
• Internationally, Lindgren served as captain of the United States’ bronze medal-winning team at the 2016 Under-18 World Championship (2-3—5 in 7 GP) and their silver medal-winning team at the 2014 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge (0-1—1 in 6 GP).
• Committed to the University of Minnesota (NCAA) for the 2016-17 season.
• His older brother, goaltender Charlie Lindgren, signed with the Montreal Canadiens as a free agent out of St. Cloud State University. He made 26 saves to backstop the Canadiens to a 4-2 victory over the Carolina Hurricanes in his NHL debut on April 7, 2016.
