• Pollock recorded two assists in five games for Edmonton at the 2014 Memorial Cup as the Oil Kings captured their first championship since 1966.

• After finishing the 2013-14 regular season with 25 goals and 55 points, Pollock led the Oil Kings with 11 goals in the Western Hockey League Playoffs and tied for fourth on the club with 19 points.

• Pollock played minor hockey in his hometown of Sherwood Park, Alberta, racking up 37 points (20-17—37) in 33 games with the Sherwood Park Flyers Bantam AAA team in 2010-11 and 25 points (8-17—25) in 34 games with the Sherwood Park Kings Midget AAA team in 2011-12.

• A converted defenseman, Pollock patrolled the blueline at a young age before switching to forward in his second year of Bantam.
