• Hoelscher ranked 12th among OHL rookies and eighth on the Ottawa 67’s with 10-18—28 in 67 games during the regular season, highlighted by three consecutive multi-point games from Feb. 2–10, 2018.
• Hoelscher was a three-time champion in minor hockey, collecting back-to-back Minor Hockey Alliance of Ontario championships with the Waterloo Wolves Minor Midget AAA team (2014-15 and 2015-16) and a Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League title with the Elmira Sugar Kings in 2016-17, where he was named to the GOJHL (Midwestern) Second All-Star Team after recording 19-22—41 in 42 regular season games and 8-10—18 in 27 postseason contests.
