• A big, strong defenseman who likes to play physical, Stanley recorded 5-12—17 in 59 games for the Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League in 2015-16.

• Internationally, Stanley was part of Canada’s bronze medal entry at the 2015 Under-18 World Championship (0-1—1 in 7 GP).

• In 2013-14, Stanley recorded 8-20—28 in 28 regular-season games for the Waterloo Wolves of Alliance Hockey and added 0-5—5 in nine postseason contests to help the team capture the league championship.

• He trains with Capitals forward Michael Latta, his cousin, during the off-season.
