At 5:50 of the second period of the Maple Leafs/Canadiens game, video review upheld the referee's call on the ice that Montreal forward Max Pacioretty kicked the puck into the net.  According to rule 49.2 "A goal cannot be scored by an attacking player who uses a distinct kicking motion to propel the puck into the net.". No goal Montreal.

For me, it's a great win for our hockey team and for a lot of people back in Columbus, especially our fans in particular … people who have been devoted to this organization, it's big.
