Hjalmarsson brought the Cup to Kinnarps Arena in Jonkoping, and spent time with family and friends.
The Cup was in Sweden last week with Blackhawks forward Joakim Nordstrom, restricted free agent forward Marcus Kruger and former Blackhawks defenseman Johnny Oduya.
Hjalmarsson scored three goals and had 19 points in 82 regular-season games; he had a goal and six points in 23 Stanley Cup Playoff games.
Hjalmarsson has been a part of each of the Blackhawks' three Stanley Cup championships in the past six seasons, also winning in 2010 and 2013.
