Stanley Cup rides float in Chicago Pride Parade

The Chicago Blackhawks and the Stanley Cup participated in the 46th annual Chicago Pride Parade on Sunday.

Blackhawks representatives and ice crew accompanied the Stanley Cup on the WGN Radio float in the parade, which celebrates Chicago's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities. An estimated 1 million people attended the parade.

It is the second time the Blackhawks and the Stanley Cup have been in the parade, which goes through Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood starting at noon CT. They were also part of the parade in 2010.

Chicago defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning in six games to win the Stanley Cup for the third time in six seasons.
