ANAHEIM -- Anaheim Ducks right wing Corey Perry, center Rickard Rakell and left wing Jiri Sekac are in the lineup for Game 1 of the Western Conference Final against the Chicago Blackhawks on Sunday at Honda Center (3 p.m. ET; NBC, CBC, TVA Sports).
Perry is recovering from an undisclosed right-leg injury from Game 5 of the second round, and Rakell missed practice Saturday because of an illness. Perry skated on the top line with left wing Patrick Maroon and center Ryan Getzlaf in warmups, and Rakell was with Sekac and right wing Emerson Etem on a new-look fourth line.
Sekac will make his Stanley Cup Playoffs debut; Etem was scratched in the final two games of the second round.
Anaheim coach Bruce Boudreau said he was looking at changes on the fourth line against a skating team like Chicago, and Sekac and Etem are known as good skaters.
The Blackhawks had the same lineup they've been using for the past week in pregame rushes, notably with defenseman David Rundblad paired with Duncan Keith, although Keith started the game with defenseman Brent Seabrook.
