Red Wings' Datsyuk out for third straight game

Forward Pavel Datsyuk will not play Sunday for the Detroit Red Wings against the St. Louis Blues, coach Mike Babcock said according to MLive.com.

It will be the third straight game Datsyuk has missed because of a lower-body injury. Datsyuk has 23 goals and 58 points in 57 games for the Red Wings this season.

Detroit is three points ahead of the Boston Bruins for third place in the Atlantic Division. The Blues are level on points with the Nashville Predators at the top of the Central Division, but have one game in hand.
