At 6:18 of the first period in the Devils/Coyotes game, video review upheld the referee's call on the ice that Coyotes forward Patrick O'Sullivan kicked the puck with his skate off Devils defenseman Bryce Salvador's stick into the net for a goal. Under rule 49.2 "a kicked puck that deflects off the stick of any player (excluding the goalkeeper's stick) shall be ruled a good goal." Good goal Phoenix.
I remember the first time at Wrigley Field all of us had the long johns, the turtlenecks and the extra equipment because we were afraid of being cold. Halfway through the first period everybody's ripping everything off and we just ended up wearing what we would normally wear for a game at the United Center.
