Philadelphia Flyers center Sean Couturier has an upper-body injury and goaltender Ray Emery has a lower-body injury, general manager Ron Hextall announced Friday.
Couturier and Emery are day-to-day.
"No, I'm not concerned right now," Flyers coach Craig Berube told CSNPhilly.com. "I think we're OK."
Couturier was eighth on the Flyers in scoring last season with 39 points (13 goals) in 82 games. Emery had a 9-12-2 record with a 2.96 goals-against average and .903 save percentage.
Flyers center Ryan White is expected to miss five months due to a torn pectoral muscle sustained in August, according to NJ.com.
Flyers captain Claude Giroux skated Friday with left wing Brayden Schenn and right wing Jakub Voracek, CSNPhilly reported. Giroux sustained a lower-body injury in the first training camp practice but hopes to get into a preseason game or two before the regular season opens Oct. 8 at the Boston Bruins.
