Canadiens goalie Fucale returned to junior team

The Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday returned goaltender Zachary Fucale to his junior team, the Halifax Mooseheads of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

Fucale was a second-round pick (No. 36) at the 2013 NHL Draft and the first goaltender selected. He is No. 57 on the NHL.com Top 60 prospect ranking.

Last season Fucale led the QMJHL in wins (36), goals-against average (2.26), and was tied for second with six shutouts. He also had a 2.42 GAA and .902 save percentage in five games for Canada at the 2014 IIHF World Junior Championship.
