McGrattan welcomes 'Bruise Brothers' to Flames

The first person to welcome offseason acquisition Brandon Bollig to the Calgary Flames was the most recent member of the team to punch him in the face.

Brian McGrattan greeted Bollig by tweeting him shortly after the Flames acquired him from the Chicago Blackhawks this summer.

Bollig wasn't surprised by McGrattan's response.

"Especially a guy like that," Bollig told the Flames website. "Any other sport, I don't know if they'd be buddies about that and he's one of the guys I've talked to the most since I've been here. Those are the kinds of things that stay on the ice, which is nice."
