Rangers, Canadiens keep same lineups for Game 1

MONTREAL -- The New York Rangers and Montreal Canadiens will ice the same lineups that they used in their respective Game 7s earlier this week when they meet in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final at Bell Centre on Saturday (1 p.m. ET; NBC, CBC, RDS).

This is the 15th time the Canadiens and Rangers are meeting in the Stanley Cup Playoffs, but the first time since 1996.

Canadiens goalie Carey Price is 4-1-0 with three shutouts and a .986 save percentage in his past five appearances against the Rangers.

New York goalie Henrik Lundqvist hasn't won at Bell Centre since March 17, 2009. In his four appearances in Montreal since his last win Lundqvist is 0-3-1 with a 4.63 goals-against average and .862 save percentage. He hasn't played in Montreal since Jan. 15, 2012.

Montreal forward Alex Galchenyuk, who hasn't played since sustaining a knee injury on April 9, practiced with the team on Friday but is not ready to return to game action yet. He may be able to play later in the series.

Rangers forward Rick Nash is still seeking his first goal of the playoffs. He hasn't scored in 15 straight games, the longest scoring drought of his career.
