ST. LOUIS -- Pittsburgh Penguins right wing James Neal returned to the lineup Saturday after a 15-game absence.

Neal, who had not played since opening night against the New Jersey Devils, was sidelined by an upper-body injury.

Right wing Beau Bennett also returned to play against the St. Louis Blues.

Neal spoke at the morning skate Saturday and said he needed a few days to get back into the gameday routine but apparently felt well enough in the pregame skate to return.

Neal had 36 points (21 goals) in 2012-13, after scoring 40 goals the season before. has 134 goals and 254 points in 335 career games.
