The Nashville Predators on Friday reduced their training camp roster to 42 players by reassigning three players to their junior teams, sending five players to Milwaukee of the American Hockey League and releasing 11 players from their tryout agreements.

Reassigned to juniors were Felix Girard (Baie-Comeau, Quebec Major Junior Hockey League), Mikko Vainonen (Kingston, Ontario Hockey League) and Tommy Veilleux (Victoriaville, QMJHL).

Sent to Milwaukee were Taylor Aronson, Anthony Bitetto, Zach Budish, Charles-Olivier Roussel and Josh Shalla.

Released from tryout agreements were Barry Almeida, Paul Crowder, Kayle Doetzel, Sebastian Geoffrion, Eric Levine, Michael Moffat, Cody Reichard, Teddy Ruth, Vinny Saponari, Mathieu Tousignant and Allen York.

Once again, it shows character in this dressing room. Once again, there's no quitting in here. We all wanted this so bad and we worked so hard to get home-ice advantage and we weren't going to let this one slide.
