The Dallas Stars announced Friday that forward Scott Glennie will be sidelined 4-6 weeks with a knee injury.
Glennie, a first-round pick (No. 8) in the 2009 NHL Draft, sustained the injury in the team's preseason game Wednesday against the Florida Panthers.
Glennie, 22, has played in one career NHL game at the end of the 2011-12 season. He had five goals and 14 points in 37 games last season for the Texas Stars of the American Hockey League.
