Richards returns to Kings lineup in Game 5

CHICAGO -- Center Mike Richards is back in the Los Angeles Kings' lineup for Game 5 of the Western Conference Final against the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday night after missing three games with a concussion.

Chicago leads the best-of-7 series 3-1 and can clinch a berth in the Stanley Cup Final with a win.

Richards, who has 10 points in 14 games in this year's Stanley Cup Playoffs, is starting as the center on the fourth line between Jordan Nolan and Kyle Clifford. Nolan is in the lineup for the first time in the series. He hasn't played since Game 6 of the conference semifinals against the San Jose Sharks.

Richards was injured late in Game 1 when he was hit hard by Blackhawks center Dave Bolland behind the goal line.

Quote of the Day

Philadelphia is where I started my NHL career and this is where I want to be so I am really happy. This definitely gives me a lot of confidence by the Flyers showing that they have confidence in me. I know they want to see me get better as a player and this is the place to do it.

— Zac Rinaldo to the Flyers website on signing a two-year contract extension with Philadelphia
