Rangers going with same lineup in Game 5

BOSTON -- The New York Rangers will dress the same lineup for Saturday’s Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals that they dressed for Game 4. They trail the Boston Bruins in the best-of-7 series, 3-1.

Darroll Powe was on the ice for pregame warmups at TD Garden, but he will not play. Powe hasn't played since Game 3 of the conference quarterfinals.

Brad Richards is scratched for a second straight game. Arron Asham is also scratched.

The Rangers will also start Game 5 with the forward lines they used in the third period and overtime in their 4-3 win in Game 4 on Thursday.

Here is the Rangers lineup, based on pregame warmups:

Chris Kreider - Derek Stepan - Rick Nash

Carl Hagelin - Derick Brassard - Ryan Callahan

Taylor Pyatt - Brian Boyle - Mats Zuccarello

Micheal Haley - Kris Newbury - Derek Dorsett

Ryan McDonagh - Michael Del Zotto

John Moore - Dan Girardi

Roman Hamrlik - Steve Eminger

Henrik Lundqvist

Martin Biron

Injured: Marc Staal (eye), Anton Stralman (undisclosed), Ryane Clowe (undisclosed)

Scratched: Brad Richards, Darroll Powe, Arron Asham, Matt Gilroy

Quote of the Day

I came into a team that had 65 points, that was at the bottom of the basement, a team that everybody wrote off as never going to be good. My goal is to go from the very bottom to the very top.
