Vokoun set to start Game 2 for Penguins

Tomas Vokoun confirmed Friday morning he will be back in net for the Pittsburgh Penguins in Game 2 of their Eastern Conference Semifinal series against the Ottawa Senators (7:30 p.m. ET, NBCSN, RDS, CBC).

Since taking over for Marc-Andre Fleury, who played the first four games of the first round against the New York Islanders, the veteran Vokoun has won all three starts while posting an NHL-best postseason save percentage of .962 and a goals-against average of 1.28 that is second only to the Chicago Blackhawks' Corey Crawford (1.27).

Coach Dan Bylsma, as per his policy, did not discuss the Penguins' lineup at his morning press conference, nor would he address the reason defenseman Kris Letang and forward Craig Adams did not participate in the morning skate. Both players practiced fully on Thursday.
